- Send you quotes or reply to enquiries
- Comply with legal obligations if needed. <br>We do not sell your information or send irrelevant marketing emails.

- Research clients, but only the details necessary for a project (e.g. your first name, job title, or responses relevant to the study)
- Online services we use to run our business, such as:
- Google Forms or Typeform for surveys and screening
- Calendly for scheduling
- Email platforms like Gmail for communication

All third parties are expected to treat your data securely and only use it for its intended purpose.
We store your data securely using protected cloud services. Only team members who need access to do their job can see your data. We keep personal data only as long as necessary. In most cases, data is deleted 12 months after a project ends unless we need to keep it longer for legal reasons.
